Field Sales Representative

What Youll Do:

• Develop and implement a structured visit plan to ensure consistent and impactful coverage across all designated outlets aligned with business goals.

• Build and nurture long-term partnerships by delivering tailored service and support to customers.

• Act as a brand ambassador effectively communicating the companys vision values and product offerings.

• Maintain precise records of sales activities customer interactions and forecasts providing regular updates to management.

• Collaborate closely with marketing and other departments to align sales strategies and enhance the overall customer experience.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3-5 years of sales experience within the pharmaceutical industry.

• Strong in communication negotiation and persuasion skills.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office and market research tools.

• Proven ability to generate leads and develop new customer relationships.

• Adept at R and C programming languages (preferably for data analysis or related tasks).

• Experience in lead generation and market research.
