Our client in the telecoms sector is seeking a Engagement Executive / Partner on a contract duration of 6 to 12 months.
Role Purpose
Provide executive-level accountability for the strategic relationship and overall engagement between the Delivery Partner The role will interface directly with the Executive Sponsor provide executive escalation and ensure that the transformation programme delivers against strategic One objectives.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide ultimate accountability for the Delivery Partner engagement.
- Establish and maintain executive relationships with leadership.
- Interface directly with the Executive Sponsor.
- Provide executive oversight across the six transformation service requirements.
- Resolve critical escalations and cross-functional issues.
- Provide strategic direction and challenge to the Transformation Director and leadership team.
- Ensure alignment between business transformation BSS implementation and One objectives.
- Support executive governance decision-making and stakeholder alignment.
- Ensure appropriate senior resources and specialist capability are available.
- Champion measurable business value and sustainable capability transfer.
- Bachelors degree in Business IT Engineering Computer Science or related discipline.
- MBA or relevant postgraduate qualification advantageous.
- 15 years senior transformation consulting or technology leadership experience.
- Significant telecommunications experience.
- Strong BSS transformation experience.
- Experience leading enterprise-wide transformation programmes.
- Experience engaging at C-suite / Executive Committee level.
- Proven experience managing large complex multi-vendor programmes.
- Strong commercial governance and stakeholder management capability.
- Telco BSS/OSS transformation.
- One-Telco / enterprise transformation.
- Digital transformation.
- Enterprise architecture and operating model transformation.
- Experience working with BSS OEMs and strategic technology partners.
