Duties & Responsibilities
ducation:
- Draughting Certification or relevant Technical Qualification
Job Experience & Skills Required:
- Experience with mineral processing equipment design
- Proficient in AutoCAD Inventor and/or SolidWorks
- Knowledge of fabrication and manufacturing drawings
- Understanding of mining and process plant equipment
Duties:
- Produce detailed manufacturing and general arrangement drawings for thickening and screening equipment.
- Develop 3D models and assemblies for process plant equipment and components.
- Generate fabrication drawings weld details and bill of materials.
- Modify existing designs to improve manufacturability and performance.
- Liaise with engineers and workshop personnel to ensure drawing accuracy.
- Conduct drawing revisions and maintain document control standards.
- Assist with site measurements and as-built drawing updates.
- Ensure designs comply with engineering standards and client specifications.
- Support procurement teams with technical drawing information and material requirements.
- Contribute to product development and continuous improvement initiatives.
