• Organize and maintain company documents in both electronic and paper formats ensuring easy access and retrieval when needed.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure documents are accurate up-to-date and compliant with company standards and regulations.
• Assist in the development and implementation of document control procedures and practices to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
• Track document versions and revisions maintaining a clear record of changes and updates to critical documents.
• Provide support to various departments by preparing and distributing documents needed for projects meetings or client interactions.

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in document control is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite particularly Word and Excel.
• Effective communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with different teams.
• Prior experience in document management or a related field is preferred.
