Key Responsibilities:
- Set the tempo by driving engineering delivery and maintaining team momentum
- Lead the ensemble through coaching mentoring and developing high-performing engineering teams
- Keep every section in harmony by fostering collaboration between engineering product QA and business stakeholders
- Refine the performance through engineering best practices quality standards and continuous improvement
- Guide the composition by contributing to technical strategy architecture decisions and long-term planning
- Balance creativity with precision by ensuring innovation is delivered alongside reliability and scalability
- Develop future soloists by identifying talent supporting career growth and building leadership capability within the team
Job Experience and Skills Required:
- Minimum 5 years of software engineering experience including team leadership responsibilities
- Experience managing and mentoring software development teams
- Strong background in modern software engineering practices and SDLCs
- Experience delivering complex software projects in Agile environments
- Proven ability to align technical teams with business objectives
- Exposure to cloud platforms scalable architectures and modern engineering practices
