Youll join a collaborative analytics function working closely with business stakeholders and BI teams to deliver structured analysis predictive modelling and actionable insight across the organisation.
Responsibilities:
- Analyse structured datasets to identify trends drivers and performance insights
- Translate business questions into analytical frameworks KPIs and data requirements
- Develop and apply statistical and predictive models (regression clustering forecasting)
- Collaborate with BI teams to ensure accurate and meaningful dashboards and reports
- Perform data validation reconciliation and quality checks
- Generate insights that highlight risks opportunities and performance trends
- Support metric definition reporting logic and governance standards
- Degree in Data Science Statistics Computer Science Business Analytics Engineering or similar
- Postgraduate or specialised certifications advantageous
- 5 years experience in data analysis statistical modelling or applied analytics
- Proven experience working with large datasets and business reporting environments
- Experience building and validating predictive models in production environments
- Exposure to financial services or performance-driven industries advantageous
- Strong capability in Python or R for statistical modelling (pandas scikit-learn tidyverse)
- Solid SQL Excel and Power BI (or similar) for data interrogation and reporting
- Strong understanding of statistical methods predictive modelling and data analysis techniques
- Ability to translate complex data into clear business-relevant insights
- High attention to detail with a strong focus on data accuracy and integrity
