Role Purpose

The Customer Service Representative is responsible for maintaining effective communication with clients conducting outbound calls and ensuring accurate client data management. The role supports business development and client retention efforts and serves as a developmental position with potential progression into a full-time recruitment role.
Duties & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct outbound telephone calls to prospective and existing clients
  • Maintain professional relationships with clients and provide accurate information
  • Update manage and maintain client records on internal databases
  • Assist with general administrative duties related to client engagement
  • Ensure accurate data capturing and compliance with internal procedures
  • Represent the company professionally in all client interactions
Minimum Requirements
  • Fully bilingual in Afrikaans and English (verbal and written)
  • Strong verbal communication skills with a confident telephone manner
  • Comfortable engaging with clients and building rapport
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
  • Must have own laptop and reliable internet connection
  • Must be able to attend office-based training during the initial onboarding period

Remuneration and Benefits
  • Hourly rate: R40 per hour
