A leading organisation is looking for a Cost and Management Accountant/Plant Controller to partner closely with operations and drive financial performance within a production environment.You will provide critical support through budgeting forecasting and operational cost analysis.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage plant budgeting processes
- Prepare forecasts and cost projections
- Maintain Bills of Materials (BOM)
- Monitor Work-in-Progress (WIP)
- Analyse production costs
- Prepare operational reports
- Conduct variance analysis

Job Experience and Skills Required
Qualification:
- Finance or Accounting Degree
Experience:
- Minimum 5 years relevant experience
- Manufacturing or plant environment experience
- Cost accounting experience
Technical Skills:
- BOM management
