What youll be doing:
As the Campaign Manager you will be responsible for planning executing analysing and optimising customer communication campaigns across multiple digital channels. Working closely with cross-functional teams youll help shape customer journeys improve campaign performance and ensure every communication delivers measurable business value.
Create Customer Experiences By:
- Managing end-to-end campaign delivery across Email SMS Push Notifications In-App Messaging and Web
- Developing campaign plans aligned with customer lifecycle stages and business objectives
- Collaborating with CRM Content Brand Digital and Marketing teams to deliver engaging customer communications
- Using customer insights and campaign performance data to optimise audience segmentation messaging and timing
- Producing regular campaign performance reports with actionable recommendations
- Driving continuous improvement through A/B testing and optimisation strategies
- Supporting automated customer journeys and lifecycle communications
- Managing digital marketing platforms and ensuring campaigns are delivered accurately and efficiently
- Contributing ideas that enhance customer engagement and overall campaign effectiveness
- Proven experience managing multi-channel marketing campaigns within a customer-focused environment
- Strong understanding of customer communication strategies across Email SMS Push Notifications In-App Messaging and Web
- Experience working with marketing automation and CRM platforms such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud or similar
- Exposure to content management systems and digital asset management platforms is advantageous
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret campaign performance data and generate meaningful insights
- Experience conducting A/B testing and applying learnings to improve campaign performance
- Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills
- Proactive solutions-driven and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Strong written communication skills with a passion for creating meaningful customer experiences
- Relevant tertiary qualification in Marketing Digital Marketing Communications Business or a related field
- 4 years experience in campaign management CRM marketing or customer communications
