As a Business Program Management Intern you will identify define and support opportunities to develop new programs and improve existing processes. You will work with cross-functional teams to drive operational excellence support strategic initiatives and help ensure programs are executed efficiently and effectively. You will gain hands-on experience in business analysis program execution stakeholder management and performance measurement.

About the Programme

The Microsoft South Africa BBBEE Internship Programme offers talented graduates the opportunity to gain hands-on experience develop professional and technical skills and receive mentorship while working on meaningful projects. As part of Microsofts commitment to skills development transformation and inclusive economic growth interns are empowered to learn grow and make an impact while building the foundation for their future careers.

Responsibilties:

• Support program planning execution and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Conduct research and analysis of business trends customer feedback and operational data to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Assist in developing recommendations to improve business processes program effectiveness and operational efficiency.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to support program delivery from initiation through completion.
• Help define and track success metrics including Objectives and Key Results (OKRs) and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
• Create reports presentations dashboards and communications that support business decision-making.
• Support change management project coordination and stakeholder engagement activities.

Programme Eligibility:

• Applicants must be South African citizens and meet the eligibility requirements of the Microsoft South Africa BBBEE Internship Programme.
• Currently pursuing (final year with no more than 6 months remaining) or have completed a Bachelors degree in the last 6 months in Business Business Management Operations Finance Economics Industrial Engineering Commerce or a related field.
• Fluency in English.
