Business Development Executive

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Business Development / Sales Executive in the IT / Tech / Fintech this role you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities building strong client relationships and driving revenue growth through innovative technology solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and generate new sales leads through networking cold calling and other prospecting strategies.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients understanding their needs and offering tailored IT solutions.
• Present promote and sell IT products/services (e.g. software hardware etc.).
• Conduct product demonstrations and deliver compelling sales pitches.
• Negotiate contracts pricing and service agreements with clients.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends technologies and competitors.
• Collaborate with internal teams (technical marketing customer support) to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
• Prepare sales reports and provide insights to management

Requirements:

• Proven experience in IT or technology sales (software hardware etc.).
• Strong understanding of IT products and solutions with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical clients.
• Excellent communication negotiation and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in CRM tools and sales software.
• Goal-oriented mindset with a passion for sales and business development.
• Bachelors degree in Business IT or a related field (preferred but not essential).
