Our client is seeking a highly experienced Bricklayer / Builder with more than 20 years of hands-on construction experience to join their team in Springs on a six-month contract basis. The successful candidate will oversee and manage a team of workers while ensuring high-quality bricklaying and construction work is completed safely and efficiently.

• Supervise and manage a team of construction workers on site
• Perform bricklaying block work plastering and general building activities
• Allocate tasks and ensure productivity targets are achieved
• Ensure all work is completed according to quality and safety standards
• Monitor workmanship and maintain site discipline
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment
• Work according to project timelines and deadlines

• Minimum 20 years proven experience as a Bricklayer / Builder
• Previous experience supervising or managing construction teams
• Must be medically fit
• Own reliable transport is essential
• Strong knowledge of construction methods and site safety practices
• Ability to work independently and lead a team effectively
