Job Description:
- Manage and optimise the performance of a portfolio of commercial property assets
- Develop and implement asset management strategies to maximise returns and long-term value
- Monitor portfolio performance budgets forecasts and key financial metrics
- Identify opportunities to improve asset performance and profitability
- Work closely with property management leasing finance and other stakeholders
- Analyse market trends property performance and investment opportunities
- Assist with budgeting forecasting valuations and strategic planning
- Prepare and present portfolio reports and recommendations to relevant stakeholders
Skills & Experience:
- Minimum 3-5 years relevant Asset Management experience
- Commercial property experience is essential
- Strong financial and commercial acumen
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Sound understanding of property performance valuations and financial metrics
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
Qualification:
- Relevant Finance Property Investment or Commerce qualification
