Were hiring a hands-on AI builder whose focus is agentic systems: taking a client use case from idea to a running system that plans and executes multi-step work on its own not a one-shot script. This role isnt tied to any single department. Youll work with our Media PR Creative Organic Strategy and Data teams sometimes alongside account teams directly in front of a client when a use case calls for it and other times purely from an internal brief. Either way you own the build.

Youll act as a close technical partner to our VP AI & Innovation: deep in Claudes agentic tooling (API Agent SDK Claude Code) and the broader agentic AI landscape comfortable defining your own scope from a real business problem instead of executing a fixed backlog and pushing our systems from single-step automations toward genuine autonomy.

• Own end-to-end design and delivery of AI systems built around client use cases that span more than one service line.

• Partner with our departments to translate their processes into buildable systems without taking over their day-to-day ownership of that work.

• Build and ship production systems end-to-end: scoping architecture implementation and handover to whoever will run them day to day.

• Work directly with clients when a use case calls for it gathering requirements and presenting your approach; on other use cases build entirely from an internal brief.

• Stay current on Claude (API Agent SDK Claude Code) and the automation frameworks we use (n8n Zapier or equivalent) and push our systems toward higher autonomy meaning less manual maintenance of whats already built. Yet challenge assumptions and architectural decisions as needed.

• Day to day youll work inside our existing stack: Asana for project and task tracking HubSpot for CRM and campaign data Slack for team communication Google Workspace for docs and files and Salesforce for client revenue data. You wont need deep expertise in all of them on day one but expect to build against them as part of the job.

• Hands-on experience building AI-powered systems end-to-end not just prototyping ideally in an agency in-house marketing or product environment.

• A demonstrated focus on agentic AI not just familiarity with the term: systems youve built or shipped where the AI plans and executes multi-step work with limited human intervention backed by a portfolio case study or reference that showcases it.

• Working fluency with Claude (API and/or Agent SDK Claude Code) and at least one automation or orchestration framework (n8n Make Zapier or equivalent).

• A track record of designing a system that spans more than one function or handoff point not a single-task automation.

• Comfortable defining scope from a client use case rather than executing a fixed departmental backlog.

• Able to operate in a vague environment and strive to find answers by working closely with the different departments.

• Proactive gathers requirements and proposes solutions.

• Experience in marketing advertising or app growth.

• Some direct client-facing experience: requirements gathering presenting technical approaches or running a workshop.
