THE CHALLENGE: 

• Build high performance services/products on top of our real-time sports data collected 24/7 globally for more than 30 different sports.
• Arealopportunity to influence the design and technology.

• Use ATDD/BDD techniques in your daily work.
• Use Github and GitLab CI.

 ABOUT YOU:

You are adeveloper who likes solving challenging problems andbeing focusedatwork. Learning is a natural part of your workday. You enjoy collaborating with a diverse group of peopleyou are passionate about what youdo have a high interest in keeping up with current best practices in your areas of expertiseand you look at programming languages as tools and not are curious about both technology and people. You acknowledge that the most complex problems are really people based. Besides of all of that youre not afraid to go out of your comfort zone. 

 Required: 

• You have 5 years of professional software development experience with strong Java expertise
• You can design and deliver distributed systems in production and you understand what it takes to keep them running
• You take ownership of complex initiatives independently - from architecture decisions to post-incident reviews
• You mentor others naturally and perform technical reviews that are direct constructive and useful
• You have a deep understanding of testing strategy CI/CD and what engineering excellence looks like in practice
• You communicate clearly with technical and non-technical stakeholders and know how to land a difficult message
• Experience with AWS Kafka Kubernetes and microservices at scale is a strong advantage
• You have engineering leadership skills where people see you as a role model

OUR RECRUITMENT PROCESS:

Initial Screening - A brief conversation with our Talent Acquisition Partner to review your background experience and expectations.

Technical Task - A take-home coding assignment designed to reflect our daily work completed at your convenience.

Technical Interview - An in-depth discussion on your submitted coding task including a review of your thought process live coding exercises and a system design discussion tailored to the level of the role.

Cultural Fit Interview - A conversation with Senior Management to assess your ability to work in a matrix organization and collaborate effectively with stakeholders across the business.

Final Step - Receive feedback and if successful an offer!
