In Technical Management you will join a team of6 talented and welcoming colleagues.

As Technical Coordinator you will support the Head of Technical in providing structured technical and administrative coordination across the fleet. You will help ensuring effective communication between vessels shore management service providers and regulatory bodies. The role supports operational efficiency compliance cost control and timely execution of technical activities including maintenance surveys dry-docking and performance monitoring.

• Apply a structured approach to PMS follow-up maintenance compliance defect and non-conformity tracking certification monitoring and technical documentation control
• Support informed decision-making through accurate KPI reporting technical data consolidation Class Flag and statutory survey coordination cost control budgeting variance follow-up and off-hire tracking
• Demonstrate strong coordination and stakeholder management skills through clear communication proactive follow-up prioritisation skills solution oriented approach accountability and a focus on continuous improvement
