Job Summary
Job Purpose:
To support the system development and maintenance function while playing an important role in strengthening the companys business efficiency and overall performance. This position also provides an excellent opportunity to develop a career and progress towards a leadership role within the Information Systems Division.
Job Descriptions:
1. First level support for Microsoft Dynamic 365 Finance and in charge of related projects and integration with Microsoft SQL and 3rd party applications.
2. Ensure successful deployment of micro projects this covers various scripting and coding using API for system integrations with Microsoft Dynamic 365 Finance in Banking and other financial operations.
3. Work with relevant departments to help improve data analysis and reporting using Business Intelligence. This may include training analysis and development of report templates and working with different departments.
4. Lead and manage application development projects using Microsoft Power Platform with strong proficiency in Power Apps and a demonstrated business-oriented mindset.
5. Responsible for providing directions and recommendations for the companys information system to meet business needs and align with companys long term strategies.
6. Work with stakeholders to help identify business requirements and develop solutions to address those requirements.
7. Responsible to ensure the systems are operating in a safe environment and work closely with Network and Security architect to meet Companys cyber security requirements.
8. Be the project leader for new system deployments.
9. Assist with daily IT support of ISD department.
Requirements:
1. Proficiency in common programming and design skills (e.g. JSON Python etc.)
2. Familiar with Microsoft Dynamic 365 Finance or any other Accounting software will be preferred
3. Experience with Microsoft 365 Power Platform (Power Automate Power Apps etc) and the use of CoPilot in Office 365.
4. Ability to leverage AI tools to accelerate development processes.
5. Microsoft Azure environment and Microsoft Windows Server environment with certified skills are preferred
6. Understanding of Cloud Application API technology (e.g. Protocol JSON XML etc)
7. Experience with Microsoft Databases SQL DB Azure SQL database Dataverse
8. Knowledge of data security and data encryption standards and operations
Qualification
1. University graduate or Diploma holder in software engineering or related discipline.
2. Microsoft certification in Azure Database or SQL Database related disciplines
3. Min 5 years working experience with Database and application development.
4. Accounting software experience with business analysis knowledge is preferred
5. Working experience in supporting integration of accounting system with local banking platforms.
Working hours:
Mon to Fri 8.30am - 5.30pm
