- End-to-end contract management from negotiation and drafting through to closure
- Ensure legal regulatory and internal policy compliance for all contracts
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and suppliers for optimal contract administration
- Identify risks and develop mitigation plans throughout the contract lifecycle
- Oversee contractual performance purchase orders and payment processes
- Proactively communicate with stakeholders to ensure compliance and smooth contract execution
- Bachelors degree or diploma in Business Management (or equivalent) or demonstrated experience in contract law contract management or a related field with a minimum of 5 years experience in supplier management.
- At least 15 years of overall experience including a minimum of 6 years in offer and/or project management (as PMO or PM) with thorough knowledge of the entire program lifecycle.
- Certified Project Management professional (IPMA PMP or equivalent).
- Strong experience in contract negotiation and supplier relationship management.
- Solid understanding of legal and regulatory frameworks.
- Proven project management skills including interdepartmental coordination.
- Expertise in risk management and ensuring contractual compliance.
- Excellent communication negotiation collaboration and analytical skills with a pragmatic and autonomous approach
