Shift Supervisor (Shared Services)

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee night shift operations of incoming inspection chemical stripping thermal spraying and heat treatment.

• Conduct toolbox and daily management system (DMS) meetings covering safety quality delivery and cost (SQDC).

• Manage shift manpower deployment and attendance; escalate issues via MyAndon or other established channels.

• Ensure full compliance with EHS requirements including emergency response incident investigation and reporting.

• Ensure full compliance with quality requirements; enforce the standard work following work instructions and quality forms.

• Troubleshoot equipment and process issues; coordinate with Maintenance team to minimize downtime.

• Review risk assessments; conduct layered process reviews (LPR) and Gemba walks to identify and close gaps.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Degree or Diploma in Mechanical Manufacturing Industrial Engineering or a related technical field.

• Minimum 3 years of experience in manufacturing environment with team lead or supervisory responsibilities.

• Strong interpersonal communication and influencing skills.

• Able to work night shifts.

• Able to respond promptly to operational emergencies.
