Summary

The Senior Director Application Solutions Cloud & Security Delivery is a senior leadership role based in Singapore responsible for driving the growth profitability operational excellence and delivery performance of the Application Solutions Cloud and Security portfolio.

The role leads the execution of large-scale application modernization cloud transformation cybersecurity and digital transformation engagements while maintaining strong accountability for customer satisfaction commercial outcomes and delivery excellence.

This position requires a proven delivery executive with strong business leadership capabilities including ownership of portfolio financial performance resource management operational governance and strategic client relationships. The incumbent will work closely with Sales Practice and Delivery Leadership teams to drive revenue growth strengthen client partnerships and expand the business.

As a member of the APAC leadership team the Senior Director will play a key role in shaping business strategy developing differentiated service offerings building high-performing teams and driving innovation across Applications Cloud and Security services

Key Responsibilities

• Responsible for client satisfaction by ensuring that Applications Cloud and Security services are delivered according to agreed service definitions contractual commitments and business outcomes.
• Executes the strategic vision for the Applications Cloud and Security delivery function aligning delivery objectives with the organizations overall business goals.
• Fosters and maintains strong relationships with key strategic clients ensuring their needs are met and expectations are exceeded.
• Implements best practices standards and processes to ensure the consistent delivery of high-quality Applications Cloud and Security services.
• Defines monitors and reports on key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure and improve delivery efficiency and effectiveness.
• Allocates resources effectively including people technology and infrastructure to meet client and business demands efficiently.
• Identifies and mitigates potential delivery risks and proactively addresses issues as they arise.
• Manages the portfolio budget ensuring cost-effectiveness profitability and efficient resource utilization.
• Collaborates with technology and practice teams to integrate innovative tools platforms and solutions that enhance delivery capabilities.
• Serves as the voice of the client within the organization advocating for client needs and ensuring customer-centric decision-making.
• Works closely with internal stakeholders and technology partners to evaluate solutions establish selection criteria and support procurement and vendor decisions.
• Engages proactively with vendors and strategic partners to address performance issues and drive successful outcomes.
• Reviews client proposals and ensures growth objectives align with organizational goals while delivering maximum value to clients.
• Contributes to pre-sales activities by providing delivery expertise solution recommendations effort estimates and implementation guidance.
• Collaborates with Business Review Boards Steering Committees and executive stakeholders to ensure successful delivery against contractual commitments and business objectives.
• Drives delivery excellence by leading coaching and motivating teams to achieve exceptional customer and business outcomes.
• Negotiates and resolves contractual commercial and delivery-related issues as required.
• Partners with leadership to attract develop and retain top talent ensuring the organization is appropriately staffed and resources are effectively utilized.

• Proven experience ensuring delivery excellence against contractual commitments quality standards and business objectives.
• Strong experience managing portfolio performance financial outcomes and business profitability.
• Demonstrated experience leading large-scale delivery programs and transformation initiatives.
• Proven ability to build and maintain executive-level client relationships and drive customer satisfaction.
