The Company

A specialised glboal Consulting firm infinancial services organisation is currently looking for an experienced Project Manager / Program Manager to join a strategic transformation initiative in Singapore. The organisation operates in a complex highly regulated financial markets environment with a strong international footprint.

The Team

You will join a transformation team working on a major organisational and business change programme. The team works closely with senior stakeholders across business operations and project functions to deliver complex transformation initiatives involving multiple entities and jurisdictions.

The Role

As a Project Manager / Program Manager you will take ownership of key workstreams within a business transformation programme focused on entity restructuring. You will coordinate stakeholders manage project delivery and ensure that transformation activities are delivered effectively across the relevant entities and markets.

Experience with re-papering migration or similar entity restructuring projects would be a strong advantage.

The Requirements

• Strong Project Management / Program Management experience within a business transformation environment
• Previous experience working within financial markets
• Strong knowledge of Markets; experience in Securities Services is also relevant
• Proven experience managing complex transformation projects involving multiple stakeholders and/or jurisdictions
• Experience with entity restructuring projects is highly desirable
• Experience with re-papering migration or similar restructuring initiatives would be a strong plus
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• Ability to operate effectively in a complex international financial services environment
• Based in or willing to relocate to Singapore
