Job Summary

To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth were looking to add aProject Management Managerlocated in Kallang Singapore.

What a typical day looks like:

• Manage all project design activities including feasibility studies from project start until stable production (SP) within the project baselines.

• Define the scope budget and schedule baselines for the Design activities based on approved PRD (product requirements document) and SOW (statement of work).

• Communicate customer requirements scope schedule and budget constraints to cross-functional design teams.

• Work with the key internal stakeholders to coordinate activities team and resolve issues in order to hold up the project scope budget and schedule.

• Track & manage project design expenses against project budget.

• Communicate project design status including financial status to the customer and the project management team on a regular basis and resolve issues as needed. Manage change control for design changes communicating the impact to customer and management team developing new project baselines for approved changes and communicating new baselines to design team.

• Hold up key stakeholders in technical discussions with the customer.

• Guide the project in accordance with the Flex Product Life Cycle (FPLC) processes.

• Participation in management gate reviews to represent design status & risk assessment for the project.

The experience were looking to add to our team:

• Typically requires a Bachelors Degree in engineering or related field or equivalent experience.

• Masters Degree is preferred.

• Typically requires a minimum of 5 years of experience in materials sales marketing engineering manufacturing and/or program administration or related experience.

• Ability to make effective and persuasive speeches and presentations on controversial or complex topics to top management public groups and/or boards of directors.

• Ability to work with mathematical concepts such as probability and statistical inference to practical situations.

• Ability to define problems collect data establish facts and draw valid conclusions.

• Ability to interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form and deal with several abstract and concrete variables.
