Proposal & Solution Development

• Review customer requirements RFQs and technical specifications.
• Develop practical technical solutions with guidance from senior engineers when required.
• Prepare technical proposals scope of work assumptions exclusions and compliance documents.
• Coordinate proposal preparation with Sales Engineering Product Management and other stakeholders.

Customer Technical Support

• Participate in customer meetings workshops and technical discussions.
• Conduct technical presentations and solution demonstrations.
• Support technical clarification activities including RFIs TQs and customer queries.
• Build strong technical relationships with customers partners and regional affiliates.

Team Collaboration

• Work closely with Sales Engineering and Product teams to deliver competitive solutions.
• Support project handover after contract award.
• Contribute to proposal quality improvement by sharing knowledge and lessons learned.

Professional Development

• Continuously develop technical commercial and customer engagement skills.
• Stay updated with company products industry trends and emerging technologies.
• Develop the capability to become a trusted Solution Consultant and customer advisor.

Requirements

• Bachelors Degree in Electrical Electronic Instrumentation Automation Computer Chemical Engineering or a related engineering discipline.
• At least 5 years of experience in industrial automation system engineering application engineering commissioning project engineering pre-sales or related technical roles.
• Experience with DCS SCADA MES industrial software system integration or terminal/logistics automation is an advantage.
• Basic understanding of industrial automation systems and process industries.
• Ability to analyse technical requirements and develop practical solutions.
• Willingness to travel for customer meetings workshops and site visits.
• Candidates with less experience but strong technical aptitude and customer-facing potential are also encouraged to apply.
