Make an Impact by

Strategic Support:

  • Collaborate with the P&C leaders on the execution of HR strategies that align with business objectives.
  • Support change management initiatives and contribute to the development of HR projects and programs.

Employee Experience:

  • Act as a point of contact for employees promoting a positive employee experience and supporting employee well-being initiatives.
  • Assist in employee engagement activities and support action plans based on employee feedback and pulse surveys.

Talent Acquisition & Onboarding:

  • Support recruitment efforts by partnering with hiring managers and talent acquisition teams.
  • Contribute to the onboarding process to ensure new hires have a positive and seamless entry into the organization.

Data-Driven Insights:

  • Assist in collecting and analyzing HR data to inform strategic decisions and track progress on HR initiatives.
  • Prepare reports and presentations to communicate insights and support leadership decision making.

Learning & Development:

  • Support learning and development initiatives by assisting in the coordination of training programs and employee development opportunities.
  • Contribute to efforts aimed at promoting a continuous learning culture within the organization.

Policy & Compliance:

  • Ensure HR policies procedures and guidelines are effectively communicated and understood by employees.
  • Support the HRBP in ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations as well as internal policies.
Skills for Success
Educational Qualifications
  • Currently pursuing a Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration Psychology Organizational Development or a related field.
  • Strong academic performance with an interest in HR strategy and people management.
Skills & Competencies
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with employees and stakeholders.
  • Good organizational and multitasking abilities with attention to detail.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret HR data and prepare meaningful reports or presentations.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel PowerPoint Word); familiarity with HR systems or analytics tools is an advantage.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
  • Strong teamwork and collaboration skills with a proactive attitude.
