Our people are at the heart of our success and we are committed to building the leadership capability talent pipelines and performance culture needed to deliver our future we continue to grow globally we are looking for an experienced Senior Talent Manager to help drive our talent agenda strengthen succession pipelines enhance leadership capability and enable a high-performance culture across the the RoleThe Senior Talent Manager will play a critical role in designing and delivering talent initiatives across leadership development succession planning talent reviews high-potential talent programmes and performance closely with HR Business Partners and senior business leaders this role will help identify develop and accelerate talent across Dysons global organisation ensuring we have the leadership strength and capability required for both current and future business role requires a combination of strategic thinking programme leadership data-driven decision making and strong stakeholder PlanningPartner with HR and business leaders to deliver the annual succession planning succession risks and support the development of mitigation succession plans for critical and enterprise successor readiness and track development actions to accelerate insight and reporting on succession health and pipeline Reviews & Talent IdentificationLead talent review activities across functions and calibration discussions to ensure consistency and quality of talent high-potential talent and future leaders through robust assessment talent profiles and development recommendations for key talent DevelopmentDesign and deliver leadership development initiatives aligned to Dysons capability learning journeys for emerging mid-level and senior with external providers facilitators and coaches where programme effectiveness and continuously improve learning executive and leadership team development ManagementSupport the design and execution of Dysons performance management annual performance cycles calibration discussions and talent tools guidance and resources that help leaders drive a culture of continuous feedback accountability and performance data and identify opportunities for ProgrammesLead enterprise talent programmes including high-potential development mentoring coaching and leadership acceleration programme governance communications budgets timelines and stakeholder programme effectiveness using talent and business Analytics & InsightsAnalyse talent succession development and performance data to identify trends and reports and dashboards for HR leadership and business insights that support workforce and talent data to evaluate programme impact and inform future PartnershipBuild strong relationships with HR Business Partners and business leaders as a trusted advisor on talent and leadership development talent decisions through insight evidence and best enterprise talent discussions and governance & ExperienceEssentialSignificant experience in Talent Management Leadership Development Organisational Development Learning & Development or related managing succession planning and talent review processes in a global understanding of performance management methodologies and talent assessment experience delivering leadership development project management and stakeholder management -driven with the ability to translate insights into communication and facilitation working within a technology engineering manufacturing or product-led supporting global leadership of talent assessment tools and psychometric qualification or certification.
