About the Role

Our client is a prestigious large-scale organization in Singapore with a massive highly diverse user ecosystem currently undergoing a strategic digital workplace transformation.

This is a senior role accountable for shaping governing and delivering the enterprise digital workplace strategy. This position requires a blend of technical mastery in identity services collaboration platforms and endpoint management combined with strong leadership and stakeholder engagement skills. The role is outcome driven ensuring secure seamless and productive end user experiences that enable business growth and innovation.

Duties and Responsibilities

Scope of Responsibilities

Strategic Leadership & Governance

• Define and execute a multi-year End User Computing (EUC) roadmap aligned with organizational strategy.

• Establish governance frameworks for identity access and endpoint services.

• Drive modernization initiatives that support hybrid work digital collaboration and workforce productivity.

• Lead market analysis and technology forecasting to drive continuous innovation presenting business cases for the adoption of next generation features and solutions.

Identity & Access Management

• Lead enterprise wide identity lifecycle management programs ensuring compliance with security standards.

• Deliver SSO federation and identity governance solutions that simplify access while strengthening security.

• Implement measurable improvements in access provisioning de provisioning and audit readiness.

• Manage identity lifecycle processes including provisioning de-provisioning and privileged access management. This will cover all organizational identities including permanent staff contractors external partners and machine etc.

Collaboration Services

• Own the strategy and delivery of enterprise collaboration platforms (messaging conferencing authentication authorisation).

• Ensure collaboration tools are secure scalable and user friendly driving adoption across the workforce.

• Deliver measurable outcomes such as reduced tool fragmentation improved user satisfaction and enhanced productivity metrics.

Endpoint Management

• Lead enterprise endpoint strategy covering device lifecycle patching compliance and performance monitoring.

• Implement modern endpoint management solutions (MDM UEM) to support diverse device ecosystems.

• Deliver outcomes such as reduced downtime improved endpoint security posture and optimized cost of ownership.

Stakeholder & Change Management

• Act as the liaison between IT leadership business units and external vendors.

• Translate technical strategies into business outcomes and value propositions for executive stakeholders.

• Drive change management programs to ensure smooth adoption of new technologies and processes.

Team & Talent Leadership

• Mentor a high performing EUC team with deep technical and governance expertise.

• Foster a culture of innovation accountability and continuous improvement.

• Ensure succession planning and talent development aligned with organizational needs.

Expected Deliverables & Outcomes

• Identity Services: Enterprise wide rollout of unified identity platform with measurable improvements in security compliance and user experience.

• Collaboration Tools: Consolidation and optimization of collaboration platforms resulting in higher adoption rates and reduced operational costs.

• Endpoint Management: Deployment of modern endpoint management solutions with demonstrable improvements in device compliance patching speed and reduced incidents.

• Governance & Compliance: Establishment of robust IAM governance frameworks achieving audit readiness and regulatory compliance.

• Stakeholder Engagement: Clear communication of EUC strategy and outcomes to executive leadership with measurable stakeholder satisfaction.

• Operational Excellence: Delivery of KPIs such as reduced mean time to resolve EUC incidents improved employee productivity scores and cost savings through optimized licensing and infrastructure.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field.

• A minimum of 10 years of experience in a large-scale enterprise end user environment with a proven track record of translating strategic vision into executable architecture and operational models.

• Proven expertise in:

o Identity & Access Management (IAM) governance SSO federation.

o Collaboration platforms (enterprise messaging conferencing productivity suites).

o Endpoint management (MDM UEM device lifecycle).

• Strong knowledge of compliance risk and security frameworks.

• Demonstrated ability to deliver enterprise scale outcomes in complex organizations.

• Exceptional leadership communication and stakeholder management skills.
