Job Summary
Role Overview
This role focuses primarily on precise design implementation within WordPress while also requiring broader web development knowledge to ensure scalability performance security and clean architecture.
Key Responsibilities
Implement approved website designs pixel-perfectly into WordPress.
Translate Figma / Adobe XD / Sketch designs into clean maintainable code.
Build fully responsive layouts (desktop tablet mobile).
Develop using WordPress best practices (custom themes child themes or structured page builders).
Implement designs using Elementor Gutenberg or custom-coded solutions as required.
Configure plugins custom post types taxonomies and backend structures.
Ensure cross-browser compatibility and mobile-first performance.
Optimize website speed caching SEO structure and security best practices.
Integrate third-party tools APIs analytics and marketing platforms when required.
Manage hosting environments staging deployment and go-live processes.
Troubleshoot debug and maintain high technical standards.
Provide structured documentation and handover upon project completion.
Collaborate with designers and internal teams to implement UI/UX designs.
Qualifications :
- Proven experience as a WordPress Developer (3 years preferred)
- Strong proficiency in WordPress core themes and plugins
- Strong knowledge of HTML5 CSS3 JavaScript and PHP (WordPress-specific)
- Experience implementing designs from Figma Adobe XD or Sketch
- Strong experience with Elementor or equivalent page builders
- Experience with responsive and mobile-first development
- Familiarity with performance optimization and hosting environments
