Job Summary
Lead and manage the tender team to achieve timely and high-quality submissions. Coordinate tender activities across departments and ensure alignment with company objectives. Manage all interactions with the Etimad platform for government tender processes. Develop and implement tender strategies and procedures. Monitor tender deadlines and ensure compliance with requirements. Prepare reports on tender progress and outcomes for senior management. Provide training and support to team members as needed. |
- Strong experience in Business-to-Business (B2B) operations.
- Excellent proficiency in using the Etimad platform
- High capability to manage work pressure and prioritize tasks.
- Proven ability to lead and motivate teams.
