We are seeking a Sustainability Manager to drive sustainability performance across the Terminal 6 Substructure Works package at King Salman International Airport (KSIA) Riyadh a flagship development within a broader vision to expand aviation capacity while embedding sustainable construction practices. You will implement the projects sustainability strategy across the substructure scope addressing materials selection waste management water usage and emissions arising from mass earthworks concrete works and precast element production and installation. A core part of the role involves monitoring and reporting against applicable green building certification requirements ensuring the project tracks toward the sustainability commitments established by the client and the wider KSIA development programme. You will support sustainable procurement practices for concrete precast and other key materials working closely with the Cost and Technical teams to identify lower-impact alternatives where feasible without compromising structural performance or programme. Tracking and reporting carbon and resource consumption metrics across earthworks and substructure activities will form a regular part of your reporting cycle alongside liaison with the clients sustainability and ESG teams to ensure alignment on compliance and disclosure expectations. Given the scale and visibility of this project as part of a major national infrastructure initiative we are seeking a sustainability professional who can translate high-level ESG commitments into practical site-level actions and who is comfortable working across technical commercial and executive stakeholders to embed sustainability into everyday construction decision-making.
