Job Description

Responsibilities:

• Oversee and coordinate all construction activities on site ensuring projects are completed on time within budget and to the highest quality standards.
• Manage and supervise a team of construction workers subcontractors and other personnel delegating tasks and ensuring efficient workflow.
• Develop and implement project plans schedules and budgets monitoring progress and making adjustments as needed.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant building codes safety regulations and environmental standards.
• Communicate regularly with clients architects engineers and other stakeholders to provide updates and address any concerns or issues.
• Troubleshoot and resolve any problems that arise during the construction process taking prompt and effective action to minimize delays and maintain project momentum.
• Maintain detailed records and documentation related to the project including daily logs material usage and financial records.
• Collaborate with the project management team to identify and implement process improvements and best practices.
