Job Summary
Lead and manage all spa operations including treatments therapies wellness programs and retail.
Supervise train and schedule therapists and spa attendants to ensure 5-star service delivery.
Ensure hygiene cleanliness and ambiance of the spa meets luxury hospitality standards.
Handle guest queries and complaints with professionalism and poise.
Maintain inventory of products and coordinate with suppliers for high-quality materials.
Develop and implement spa protocols policies and promotional packages.
Work closely with estate management to meet wellness goals and service standards.
Monitor revenue control costs and ensure profitability of the spa operations.
Uphold safety and sanitation standards in compliance with health regulations.
Minimum 5 years experience in luxury spa management (preferably in 5-star hotels resorts or private estates).
Previous experience in the Middle East or GCC is a plus.
Experience in managing multicultural teams and high-profile clientele.
Excellent leadership and team management skills.
Deep knowledge of spa treatments wellness therapies and product brands.
Strong interpersonal and guest relations skills.
Good budgeting and inventory management capabilities.
Proficiency in English (spoken and written); Arabic is a plus.
High standards of personal grooming and presentation.

Willing to relocate to Riyadh Saudi Arabia.
