- Supervise daily site activities and ensure work is executed according to approved drawings technical specifications and quality standards.
- Manage and coordinate workers subcontractors suppliers and site teams.
- Review project scope drawings materials and execution requirements before starting work.
- Prepare daily and weekly work plans and monitor progress against the approved schedule.
- Supervise fit-out renovation finishing minor civil and landscape works.
- Coordinate with design technical office procurement warehouse and project management teams.
- Monitor material requirements deliveries usage and wastage.
- Inspect completed works and ensure compliance with quality and safety requirements.
- Identify site issues delays and execution risks and provide practical solutions.
- Prepare progress reports site updates photographs and records of completed and pending works.
- Conduct inspections prepare snag lists and follow up until all comments are closed.
- Support quantity measurements and review subcontractor completed works and invoices when required.
- Communicate professionally with clients and provide project updates in coordination with the Project Manager.
- Ensure projects are completed within the approved timeline budget and quality requirements.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Diploma or bachelors degree in Civil Engineering Architecture Construction Management or a related field.
- Minimum 8 years of experience in supervising construction fit-out renovation landscape or small-scale projects.
- Strong knowledge of finishing works materials construction methods and execution sequences.
- Ability to read and understand architectural civil and technical drawings.
- Proven experience managing subcontractors workers suppliers and multiple projects simultaneously.
- Good knowledge of quantity measurements material control quality inspection and progress reporting.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic knowledge of AutoCAD.
- Previous experience in Riyadh or Saudi Arabia is preferred.
- A valid driving licence is required.
- Strong leadership communication organization problem-solving and time-management skills.
Required Skills:
Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Architecture Civil Engineering or a related field; advanced/management degree preferred. 12 years of experience in design office management including several years in a leadership role. Proficiency in AutoCAD Revit SketchUp and Microsoft Project or equivalent. Strong knowledge of building codes and municipal/regulatory requirements. Strong leadership skills in managing multidisciplinary teams (architectural structural MEP). Ability to manage multiple projects in parallel within defined timelines and budgets. Excellent negotiation and communication skills with clients authorities and consultants. Fluency in both Arabic and English (spoken and written).
