About the role

As a Senior Pre-sales Solution Architect you will play a key role in shaping innovative solutions that not only meet but exceed client expectations while steering the pre-sales technical team toward success in a collaborative and dynamic environment.
Lead the development and delivery of innovative technical solutions that address client needs and support organizational objectives.
Collaborate with sales marketing and product teams to create customized solutions tailored to client requirements.
Understand client business challenges and translate them into practical solutions that demonstrate value.
Provide expert guidance on product features capabilities and integrations during the pre-sales process.
Conduct technical workshops and proof-of-concept sessions to effectively showcase solutions.
Respond to RFPs RFIs and technical inquiries with comprehensive and persuasive proposals.
Maintain an updated knowledge of industry trends competitive landscape and emerging technologies.
Support the sales team throughout the sales cycle assisting in negotiations and closing deals.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
Foster a collaborative team environment that encourages knowledge sharing and continuous improvement.

About you

You hold a Bachelors degree in Computer Science Engineering or a related field with a Masters degree preferred. With over 8 years of experience in pre-sales solutions architecture or relevant technical sales roles you possess deep expertise in cloud computing and enterprise software. Your strong presentation and interpersonal skills enable you to effectively communicate complex technical concepts and foster relationships that drive successful client interactions.

Your professional skills:
You possess a Bachelors degree in Computer Science Engineering or a related field with a Masters degree preferred.
With over 8 years of experience in pre-sales or solutions architecture roles you are well-versed in industry standards.
Your deep understanding of cloud computing and enterprise software allows you to create impactful solutions for diverse clients.
You excel in presentation and interpersonal skills essential for successful client interactions and engagements.
You are adept at designing scalable secure and reliable network infrastructures fulfilling complex client requirements.

Your soft skills:
You demonstrate a proven track record of leading complex technical proposals and developing solutions for government or municipal projects.
Your excellent communication skills enable you to negotiate effectively and manage stakeholder relationships with ease.
Your enthusiasm and adaptability foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within your team.
You adopt an open-minded yet demanding leadership style promoting an environment conducive to knowledge sharing.
