General Requirements:
- 10 years of relevant estimation experience
- Strong background in civil infrastructure and utilities projects.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in KSA in similar role
- Knowledge of Local construction Saudi market cost historical data & Productivity rates market trends.
- Proven track record in tender preparation for mega infrastructure and building projects.
Tendering & Cost Estimation Requirements:
- Proficiency in CCS ( CANDY) software cost databases HCSS Heavy Bid and or the like.
- Strong pre-contract experience in estimation tendering and bid management.
- Expertise in budgeting BOQ preparation and scope analysis Quantity take-offs re measurement.
- Strong in Bid Analysis & Benchmarking ensuring compliance competitiveness and precision across tender submissions.
- Skilled in Procurement Strategy scope packaging RFQs supplier/subcontractor negotiations and best-value sourcing.
Technical & Methodology Requirements:
- Lead preparation of Technical Submittals clarifications and execution methodologies for multidisciplinary projects.
- Develop Construction Methodologies and Execution Strategies optimizing cost time and quality outcomes.
