Job Summary
- Install and maintain irrigation pipelines and water supply systems
- Install sprinkler systems drip irrigation systems valves pumps and related fittings
- Repair damaged pipelines leakages blocked irrigation lines and faulty valves
- Conduct regular inspections and preventive maintenance of irrigation systems
- Ensure proper water flow pressure and overall system performance
- Interpret and follow irrigation drawings and site-specific instructions
- Collaborate with landscaping and irrigation teams during project execution
- Maintain tools equipment and work area in good condition
- Adhere to safety protocols and company standards at all times
- Proven experience as an Irrigation Plumber or Irrigation Technician
- Strong knowledge of sprinkler systems drip irrigation systems and pipeline networks
- Experience in landscaping construction or irrigation projects is preferred
- Ability to diagnose and resolve irrigation system issues efficiently
- Basic understanding of pumps valves filters and water distribution mechanisms
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and meet site deadlines
- Physically fit for outdoor manual and site-based tasks
- GCC or Saudi Arabia experience is a strong advantage
- Hands-on involvement in landscaping projects
- Experience in irrigation maintenance and system upgrades
- Participation in infrastructure or agricultural irrigation projects
- Background in construction and water management initiatives
Required Skills:
Responsibilities: Supervise and lead a team of production workers including training scheduling and performance management. Provide guidance and support to ensure production targets and quality standards are met. Plan and coordinate production schedules to meet deadlines and optimize workflow. Ensure that machinery and equipment are operating correctly and safely. Enforce safety protocols and procedures to maintain a safe working environment. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations. Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement changes to enhance productivity and efficiency. Collaborate with other departments to streamline operations and resolve production issues. Maintain accurate production records including output downtime and quality reports. Prepare and submit regular reports on production performance and issues to management. Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the supply chain to ensure timely availability of materials. Manage stock control and ensure that production materials are used efficiently. Requirements: Bachelors degree in industrial engineering manufacturing business management or a related field is preferred. Relevant work experience may be considered. Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a production or manufacturing environment. Previous supervisory or leadership experience is preferred.
