Job Summary

Summary: The E&I Project Engineer is a pivotal role in ensuring the safe efficient and timely execution of electrical and instrumentation activities on a major industrial project in Ras Al Khari. This position is critical for overseeing all aspects of E&I deliverablesfrom installation to commissioningwhile maintaining strict compliance with technical specifications safety standards and quality requirements. The engineer serves as a key technical liaison between project teams contractors and stakeholders driving project success in a dynamic and high-performance environment. The role offers a strategic opportunity to contribute to a large-scale industrial project within a professional engineering team with strong potential for extension based on performance and project demands.

Responsibilities:

Supervise daily electrical and instrumentation operations at the project site
Coordinate closely with construction commissioning and engineering teams
Ensure all work complies with approved technical specifications and safety standards
Monitor installation testing calibration and commissioning processes
Lead troubleshooting and resolution of technical challenges
Review engineering drawings technical documents and project deliverables
Prepare regular progress reports and maintain comprehensive project documentation
Enforce quality control throughout all project phases
Facilitate clear and effective communication with clients subcontractors and internal departments

Requirements

Requirements:

Bachelors Degree or Diploma in Electrical Engineering Instrumentation Engineering or a related discipline
Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in E&I projects within industrial oil & gas petrochemical refinery EPC or construction sectors
Demonstrated experience in E&I installation commissioning and project coordination
In-depth knowledge of industrial electrical and instrumentation systems
Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively in fast-paced high-pressure environments
Strong communication problem-solving and organizational capabilities
Prior GCC or Saudi Arabia project experience is highly advantageous
Candidates with transferable Iqama and immediate availability are preferred
