Receptionist (Saudi National)

We are seeking a professional and friendly Receptionist / Front Desk Agent to join our team at Novotel Makkah Saudi Arabia. As the first point of contact for our guests you will play a key role in creating a positive welcoming and professional experience throughout their stay.

• Greet and assist guests ensuring a warm professional and efficient welcome.
• Handle guest check-ins check-outs requests and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
• Answer and manage incoming phone calls emails and other guest communications.
• Provide accurate information about hotel facilities services and local attractions.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth hotel operations and a seamless guest experience.
• Maintain accurate guest records and update relevant information in the hotel system.
• Handle guest complaints and concerns professionally and escalate matters when necessary.
• Process payments and assist with cashiering procedures in accordance with hotel policies.
• Maintain a clean organized and professional Front Desk area.
• Follow hotel security safety and operational procedures at all times.
• Support the Front Office team and perform other duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications :

• Saudi nationality (as specified for this position)
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Arabic and English
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel PowerPoint Outlook)
• Strong multitasking abilities and time management skills
• Customer service orientation with a friendly and professional demeanor
• High school diploma or equivalent (required)
• Bachelors degree in Hospitality Management or related field (preferred)
• Previous experience as a receptionist or front desk agent (preferred)
• Experience in hospitality or customer service industry (preferred)
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively
• Adaptability and willingness to learn new skills and technologies
