- Diploma in Culinary Arts from a prestigious academy.
- At least 3 years of practical experience in the culinary field.
- Deep familiarity with Saudi cuisine and local taste.
- Continuous monitoring of the latest cooking trends and product development.
- Ability to understand local market preferences and develop dishes that suit general taste.
- Age not exceeding 42 years old.
