QUANTITY SURVEYOR

HIRING QUANTITY SURVEYOR (QS) KSA

Location: Saudi Arabia
Industry: Civil Construction

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering Quantity Surveying or related field
• 58 years of experience as a Quantity Surveyor
• KSA experience in civil construction projects is mandatory
• Strong knowledge of BOQs quantity take-offs cost estimation and measurement
• Experience in preparing and reviewing variations claims and valuations
• Knowledge of subcontractor and supplier payments and commercial documentation
• Experience with project cost control budgets and financial reporting
• Ability to review drawings specifications contracts and scope of work
• Good knowledge of construction contracts and commercial procedures
• Strong Excel and documentation skills
• Good communication and coordination skills

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare quantity take-offs and cost estimates
• Prepare and review BOQs and measurements
• Monitor project costs and budget against actual progress
• Prepare interim payment applications and valuations
• Review and manage variations claims and change orders
• Evaluate subcontractor and supplier quotations
• Maintain accurate commercial and cost-control records
• Coordinate with Project Managers Site Engineers consultants and subcontractors
• Support contract administration and commercial negotiations
