Job Summary
Managing the end-to-end process of bid submissions including technical and commercial proposals. This includes reviewing RFPs coordinating with internal departments preparing execution methodologies schedules and documentation in compliance with client requirements and deadlines. The role plays a key part in increasing win rates through well-prepared and persuasive submissions.
Detailed Duties and Responsibilities:
Analyze RFP/RFQ documents and understand client requirements.
Develop bid submission plans and monitor key milestone deadlines.
Coordinate with estimation technical finance and legal departments for proposal
inputs.
Prepare and compile technical proposals including execution methodology work
schedules QA/QC plans and project organization charts.
Ensure full compliance with tender documentation requirements.
Collaborate with estimation engineers to prepare cost proposals.
Design professional bid presentations and client-facing materials.
Handle tender submission formats for both public and private sector clients.
Draft formal letters legal forms and commercial attachments.
Submit RFIs for clarifications and follow up with client correspondence.
Organize meetings with vendors consultants and project teams.
Submit tenders physically or through online portals as per deadline.
Archive all related bid documents for audit and future reference.
Conduct market analysis to assess competition and bidding strategies.
