Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with a strong background in architecture and design to lead and oversee various projects from conception to completion. The ideal candidate will possess a blend of project management skills and architectural knowledge ensuring that all projects meet quality standards stay on schedule and adhere to budget constraints.

Key Responsibilities:

• Project Planning: Develop and manage project plans timelines and budgets for architectural and design projects.
• Team Leadership: Coordinate multidisciplinary teams including architects designers engineers and contractors to ensure project goals are met.
• Client Liaison: Act as the primary point of contact for clients providing updates and addressing concerns throughout the project lifecycle.
• Quality Assurance: Ensure that all design and architectural work complies with relevant regulations codes and quality standards.
• Risk Management: Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize impacts on timelines and budgets.
• Documentation: Oversee the preparation of project documentation including proposals contracts and progress reports.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Foster strong relationships with stakeholders including clients vendors and regulatory agencies.

Qualifications :

• Bachelors degree in Architecture Interior Design or a related field.
• Proven experience in project management within the architecture and design industry.
• Strong knowledge of design principles architectural processes and relevant software (e.g. AutoCAD Revit).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
• PMP certification or similar project management certification is a plus.
