Job Summary
- Document Management: Maintain comprehensive knowledge of discipline-specific documents ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Submittal Tracking: Track and record all submittals coordinating with discipline engineers for timely follow-up issuance and receipt.
- Communication: Handle the sending and receiving of submittals ensuring clear communication with relevant parties.
- Archiving: Efficiently archive project documents in the system ensuring accessibility and adherence to company standards.
- Software Proficiency: Utilize Iconic or equivalent document control software to manage and organize project documentation.
Qualifications :
- Minimum of six (6) years of experience in document control or a related field.
- Proficiency in Iconic or equivalent document control software.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Knowledge of industry standards and best practices for document management.
