Project Coordinator

We are looking for a Project Manager with 4 5 years of hands-on experience in consulting digital transformation and customer experience delivery. The ideal candidate will play a key role in managing CXKSA s client engagements ensuring seamless delivery of initiatives across various industries including government telecom energy and retail.

• Lead the planning execution and closure of customer experience projects ensuring delivery within time scope and budget.
  

• Develop detailed project plans schedules and resource allocations using modern PM tools.
  

• Ensure alignment of deliverables with client expectations CX best practices and strategic goals.
  

• Act as the main point of contact for CXKSA clients managing relationships expectations and communication.
  

• Facilitate workshops discovery sessions and regular status updates with stakeholders.
  

• Translate client pain points into actionable project requirements and measurable outcomes.
  

• Collaborate with strategy consultants CX designers and technology partners to deliver integrated CX solutions.
  

• Manage the deployment of CX platforms such as VoC systems CRM enhancements journey orchestration tools and analytics dashboards.
  

• Support the implementation of CX governance models metrics frameworks and training programs.
  

• Monitor project risks and issues develop mitigation plans and ensure timely resolution.
  

• Ensure that project outputs meet CXKSA s quality standards and contribute to client satisfaction and loyalty.
  

• Track KPIs and prepare reports on project performance and impact.

• Bachelor s degree in Business Engineering Technology or a related field (Master s preferred).
  

• 4 5 years of experience in project management preferably in consulting CX or digital transformation.
  

• Familiarity with CX disciplines including customer journey mapping NPS/CSAT/CES measurement service design and persona development.
  

• Strong analytical organizational and communication skills.
  

• Proficient in project management tools like JIRA Asana Trello or MS Project.
  

• Project Management Certification (PMP PRINCE2 or Agile) is a plus.
  

• Experience working with the government or large enterprises in Saudi Arabia is highly desirable.
