Job Description Summary
The Administrative Assistant will be the focal point to submit all documents letters to customer and he will be responsible to issue monitor all permits required ID and authorization in coordination internally within office projects team members.Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Manage all customer requirements of site permits documents.
- Manage all required GEV and subcontractors ID with proper archiving.
- Make sure all IDs are handed over to GEV staff as well as subcontractors
- Manage and record all IDs expiry date and make sure to renew/return in line with expiry date.
- Make sure and comply with all GEV engineers customer authorization for individuals requirements.
- Manage visitor permit requirements well understanding for temporary permits
- Handles the official attestation and certification of project documents through the Chamber of Commerce and relevant government authorities.
- Manages the formal submission of project documents and drawings to the main client ensuring proper tracking and verification of receipt.
- Supports the project team with progress updates and maintains accurate administrative records in compliance with company standards.
- Administration daily tasks.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or Equivalent Education.
- Minimum 10 years of relevant administrative experience.
- Proven experience in handling government relations site security access and document certification.
- Ability to manage and track project-related correspondence and client submittals effectively.
- Strong experience in coordinating with various internal units and departments to ensure project alignment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word Excel) and Adobe Acrobat Professional.
- Excellent communication skills with full fluency in Arabic (both verbal and written).
- Intermediate in English
