Outlet Manager

Are you a passionate hospitality professional with strong leadership skills and a commitment to delivering exceptional guest experiences Dimensions Hospitality Services is looking for an experienced Outlet Manager to lead one of our restaurant outlets.

• Manage the day-to-day operations of the restaurant outlet.
• Lead motivate and develop the front-of-house and back-of-house teams.
• Ensure exceptional customer service and guest satisfaction.
• Monitor sales labor costs and inventory to achieve financial targets.
• Maintain high standards of food quality hygiene and safety.
• Handle customer feedback and resolve issues promptly.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and local regulations.

• Bachelors degree or Diploma in Hospitality Management or a related field.
• Minimum 35 years of restaurant management experience.
• Strong leadership communication and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with restaurant POS systems and daily operational reporting.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
• Excellent customer service and team management abilities.
• Hospitality experience in Saudi Arabia is an advantage.
