Job Summary
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Administer and support Red Hat OpenShift clusters and platform operations.
- Perform upgrades patching monitoring troubleshooting and performance optimization.
- Provide L1/L2 support and coordinate complex issues with Red Hat support teams.
- Manage OpenShift networking security RBAC certificates backups and recovery activities.
- Support incident change and problem management processes.
- Deliver technical guidance best practices and knowledge transfer to client teams.
REQUIRED SKILLS
- Strong hands-on experience with Red Hat OpenShift and Kubernetes administration.
- Solid Linux containerization and cloud-native technology expertise.
- Experience with cluster monitoring capacity management upgrades and troubleshooting.
- Knowledge of networking security RBAC certificates and backup/recovery in OpenShift environments.
- Strong communication stakeholder management and problem-solving skills.
- Red Hat OpenShift certification is preferred.
