We are looking for a driven and energetic Business Development Representative to join our dynamic team and play a key role in identifying new business opportunities building strong relationships and contributing to CEQUENS growth. This is a individual contributor role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation & Prospecting:
- Identify and qualify potential clients through research networking and outbound activities.
- Utilize CRM tools email campaigns and social media platforms to generate leads.
- Client Outreach:
- Initiate conversations with prospective clients through calls emails and LinkedIn to introduce CEQUENS CPaaS / SaaS solutions.
- Understand client needs challenges and pain points to position CEQUENS as the ideal partner.
- Collaboration with Sales Team:
- Schedule meetings or demos for the sales team with qualified leads.
- Maintain a seamless handoff of prospects to account executives.
- Market Analysis:
- Stay updated on industry trends competitor offerings and emerging technologies in the CPaaS /SaaS space.
- Provide insights and feedback to the marketing and sales teams to enhance outreach strategies.
- Pipeline Management:
- Maintain accurate records of interactions with prospects in the CRM system.
- Meet or exceed monthly targets for qualified leads and scheduled meetings.
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration Marketing or a related field.
- 13 years of experience in A sales 360 business development role preferably in the CPaaS SaaS or Telecom industries.
- Understanding of technology sales process
- Proven new business hunting experience
- Must to able to speak and write both English and Arabic to a business level.
- Excellent communication negotiation and interpersonal skills
- Must to able to speak and write both English and Arabic to a business level.
- Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g. Salesforce HubSpot) and lead generation platforms.
- Selfmotivated goaloriented and able to work in a fastpaced environment.
