Inside Sales Representative Muhimma Digital Platform

Muhimma is seeking a dynamic and driven Inside Sales Representative to expand its footprint in the data and insights industry. This role is responsible for driving revenue growth by managing the end-to-end sales process while collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver tailored solutions for clients in the KSA.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients ensuring a deep understanding of their business needs and challenges.

• Manage all stages of the sales funnel: lead generation qualification proposal negotiation and closing. Track and report on key sales metrics including conversion rates pipeline velocity and revenue targets.

• Use HubSpot CRM to track client interactions manage the sales cycle and forecast revenue.

• Present Muhimmas servicesincluding Market Research Data Analytics and the Technology Platformin a way that demonstrates clear value and ROI to clients.

• Collaborate with marketing product and research teams to deliver tailored solutions and ensure client satisfaction.

• Negotiate contracts to close deals that support both client needs and company revenue targets.

• Stay updated on market trends competitor activities and customer feedback to identify new opportunities and inform service enhancements.
  

Requirements:

• Minimum 12 years of sales experience preferably in data analytics market research or technology-driven solutions.

• Exceptional communication and presentation skills in English and Arabic.

• Strong ability to understand customer challenges and propose solutions.

• Proficiency in CRM tools especially HubSpot.

• Ability to work independently and meet revenue targets in a remote environment.

Nice to Have:

• Experience with SaaS platforms.

• Familiarity with AI-driven insights and business intelligence tools.
