Job Overview

We are representing a leading organisation in the Food & Beverage sector seeking a highly skilled and strategic HR Manager ( F&B ) to join their team. This is a full-time position based in Riyadh Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will be a seasoned HR professional with a passion for the F&B industry responsible for overseeing all aspects of the human resources function. You will play a crucial role in developing and implementing HR strategies that align with the companys objectives fostering a positive workplace culture and ensuring the attraction and retention of top talent.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.

  • Manage the entire recruitment and selection process from sourcing candidates to onboarding new employees for all levels of the F&B business.

  • Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance.

  • Nurture a positive working environment by managing employee relations addressing demands grievances or other issues.

  • Develop implement and maintain HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with Saudi Arabian labour law.

  • Administer compensation and benefit plans ensuring they are competitive and equitable.

  • Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programmes for staff development particularly in areas of customer service food safety and operational excellence.

  • Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics.

  • Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management.

Qualifications

  • Proven working experience as an HR Manager or other HR executive.

  • Demonstrable experience within the Food & Beverage or hospitality industry is essential.

  • In-depth knowledge of Saudi Arabian labour law and HR best practices.

  • People-oriented and results-driven with excellent active listening negotiation and presentation skills.

  • Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company.

  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources or a related field; a professional HR certification (e.g. CIPD SHRM) is highly desirable.

  • Excellent command of the English language; proficiency in Arabic would be a significant advantage.

  • Proficiency in HR information systems (HRIS).
