Heritage & Building Diagnostics Specialist SAUDI ONLY

Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Building Diagnostics Specialist to join our team and support ongoing technical and development activities in Saudi Arabia.
The successful candidate will be responsible for assessing existing buildings and assets identifying technical conditions and defects and providing professional recommendations to support project requirements. The role will involve technical assessments reporting and coordination with multidisciplinary project teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct site inspections and technical assessments of existing buildings and assets.
- Identify assess and document defects deterioration and technical conditions.
- Prepare technical reports inspection records and assessment documentation.
- Review drawings technical documents and available project information.
- Provide technical recommendations related to repair rehabilitation maintenance and improvement works.
- Coordinate with internal teams consultants contractors and other project stakeholders.
- Support technical surveys investigations and diagnostic activities.
- Review and monitor technical works and provide feedback where required.
- Ensure activities are carried out in accordance with applicable standards regulations and project requirements.
- Support the preparation of technical scopes proposals and project documentation.
- Maintain accurate records of inspections findings and recommendations.
- Perform other technical duties related to the project as required.
Qualifications :
Requirements
- Saudi National.
- Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering Architectural Engineering Architecture Building Engineering or a related field.
- 5 Years of relevant professional experience preferably including experience in Saudi Arabia.
- Good knowledge of building construction materials and common building defects.
- Strong technical reporting and documentation skills.
- Ability to work effectively within multidisciplinary teams.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Knowledge of relevant Saudi regulations and international standards is preferred.
- Good command of English.
